Love the stainless exterior
The stainless steel exterior is great. I love that this everyday pan matches my other pans because of the stainless exterior. The pan heats up extremely well. Even when washing the pan the bottom gets warmer than you would expect. It's a breeze to clean. My only complaint is that the lid is stainless and doesn't have any silicone or soft lining around it. I'm afraid it will scratch the coating of the pan when placed on top several times.
Best eco pan ever
WOW this pan is WONDERFUL, looks beautiful and works fantastic. I have the heat on 1/3 the amount. Fish, chicken cook up beautifully. NOTHING sticks (I do still use a thin layer of spray PAM just because but haven't tried it without). I have been looking for a good environmentally & healthysafe pan for years. Here it is
Great pan
I love this pan. Heats evenly and quickly, sears beautifully and works equally well on top of the stove and in the oven. Great all-around utensil.
