Good for Everything
I have used this to grill a steak with sides of vegetables w/onion. Works wonderful! Gets to temperature and holds heat nicely. I highly recommend!

This pan is the perfect size and is easy to clean. The best part of this pan is that it cooks the fish very evenly. It's also "green" in design.
doesn't hold up
After paying eighty dollars, after a 2 months the non stick wore off on this pan- will try swiss diamond-am very disappointed-liked the shape of it and now will have to give it to goodwill.......
