Great value and quality
I have it for a week now. It works as described:
1. holds a lot of water;
2. heat-resistant handle and cap;
3. whistles when boiling
4. very easy to clean
Good value
This was exactly what I was looking for in a teakettle - large spout, separate opening lid for easy cleaning, and a manual, but able to "stay-up" nozzle on the spout.
Heats well and quickly. Outside stays clean and shiny by cleaning with soft cloth.
Works the way it should
The base fits the larger of the heating ring on the stove top. The whistle is loud so I won't forget about boiling water on the stove top again.
