UPSIDE: Goodman's offers this Italian made, ONE-Piece, Stainless Steel canning lid that
is also BPA-FREE!
You don't have to buy all new jars as with WECK (All-glass lids that only fit their glass jars)
. The 70 mm (2.75")fits all Ball-Mason AND Kerr REGULAR jars.
. The 86mm (3-3/8") fits all Ball-Mason AND Kerr WIDEMOUTH jars.
DOWNSIDE: Goodman's has confusing advertisements of their lids and the people answering the phones do NOT
know that these lids ARE in fact INTERCHANGEABLE with BM / Kerr jars. I was told they were NOT interchangeable
over the phone...and that they ONLY fit the Quattro Stagion jars...FALSE!!!
I just put over 35 replacement REGULAR & WIDEMOUTH QUATTRO STAGIONI lids on my existing
Ball-Mason AND Kerr jars and they FIT perfectly!!! (only ONE lone review from another buyer mentioned that they would fit
Ball jars, and based on that alone, I ordered them.
Glad I did-I have the much needed PEACE of mind...
