Works as advertised
First time I used it for ferminting pickling cucumbers worked very good in 5 days. Currently using it to ferment young okra and celery. So far on the 4th day it looks good.
Love it!
Making a batch of sauerkraut right now. Jar is great quality and came with a good recipe. Love the airlock feature.
