Nice set for canning pickles
I have used this Norpro set to can twice now. The bottom of the pot is flat and works well on a ceramic stove top. 7 jars can fit in the pot and 1" or a little more of water goes over the jars to bring to almost a boil. I am very happy with the purchase.
